Residences by Tanzah is a boutique residential property management company We serve Calgary’s inner city. We don’t believe in one size fits all, so we do not have one thing, or the “same thing”, for everyone. We, instead, cater predominantly to two types of people. First, we focus on young, urban professionals. Second, we focus on mature individuals who love the adventure and lifestyle of urban city living.
All the buildings we manage are Adult Only and Pet Free, although we do offer homes that are pet friendly. The buildings and homes we have chosen to manage have been handpicked. All of them are all located in areas that allow you to experience the best that Calgary’s inner city has to offer. At the same time, they are all comfortable and well maintained dwellings that you can call home; all at an affordable price.
